Karlo Udovičić, Zagreb, Croatia, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact info@karloudovicic.com. A full postal address is available on request.

The inquiry form on this site collects your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss whether coaching is a fit. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Three services handle the data on Karlo's behalf:

• Resend, which delivers the inquiry as an email. Resend is based in the United States and processes data under standard contractual clauses.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes the form submission to Resend.
• Hostpoint, which hosts the mailbox the inquiry arrives in.

Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, or passed to anyone else.

Inquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted after 24 months. Inquiries from people who become athletes are kept for the duration of the coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for its use to be restricted, object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@karloudovicic.com.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
